Safety Representatives Meeting
The JBB Safety Representatives held their first Meeting since the formal request for the establishing of a Safety Committee was made to the Chief Constable. The Meeting’s discussions focused largely on the composition, representation and terms of reference for the Safety Committee. The Safety Representatives agreed that the following matters require addressing at the Safety Committee; Custody Officer Training, Uniform, Personal Protective Equipment, Accident Reporting, CBRN, Shift Patterns, Overtime, Building Works and DDA.
