Policy Forum Update
Members will be delighted to read the positive comments of the Chief
Constable in his Core Brief delivered today (Thursday 6th March 2008).
We unequivocally support the efforts of the Force to have 750 officers by
the end of the year.
We welcome the examination of the legal position surrounding the restriction
on reimbursement of expenses and
We welcome the consideration being afforded to the issue of a black shirt in
place of the traditional white shirt and tie.
