Representatives get on their bikes to support good causes
The collective generosity of Members in matters charitable has been previously commented on within this web site. We are delighted to offer our support to colleagues who quite literally go that extra mile to help those less fortunate than ourselves.
Next month Les Donaldson is undertaking a gruelling chartable cycle ride from Lands end to John O'Groats in aid of the Highland Hospice. This month, Alasdair Gilles, a Strathclyde Federation Representative and Member of the Joint Central Committee is to cycle across
Scotland in three days, visiting every Police HQ in the country in aid of Children's Hospice Association Scotland. Alasdair, pictured centre, with friends Chris Butler (right) and Jody Campbell (left) will complete this challenge in Inverness on the 22nd May.
