Right to Strike
…to pursue a change in regulations and the law so that all federated ranks of police officers have the right to take 'industrial action' including the 'right to strike'. (Strathclyde JBB)

…to pursue a change in legislation to allow Police Officers the right to take industrial action which is currently unlawful (Central JBB)

Death Benefit
…to increase the death grant from £2500 to £3000. (Grampian JBB)

…to write to HMCIC requesting a thematic inspection of police procedures applied during missing person enquiries. (Tayside JBB)

Sick Pay
…to seek amendment to annex K (of the Police Scotland Regulations 2004) to ensure that officers injured on duty and thereafter on sick leave are never placed onto half pay and then no pay. (Grampian JBB)

Expenses
…to seek amendment to annex V (of the Police Scotland Regulations 2004) to ensure that parity is provided in terms of expenses for all forms of travel and that there is an equality in provision for all ranks in the police service not just those of superintendent ranks and above. (Grampian JBB)

…to seek the appropriate legislative/regulatory change to ensure that in Misconduct Hearings that the Chair of the Hearing cannot be a serving Police Officer from the subject Officers home force. (Grampian JBB)

...to seek a review of the Children and Young Person legislation, so that young people over the age of sixteen years but under the age of eighteen years, who are subject to a Supervision Order, are treated no differently to young people of that age in terms of arrest and detention. (Central JBB)
