My name is Donnie Ross. I joined Northern Constabulary in 1979 and have served throughout the Force in Shetland, Sutherland, Badenoch, Easter Ross and Inverness.
I was elected to the Joint Branch Board, Inspectors Board in 2003 and represent the Inspecting ranks in Inverness and Headquarters.
