I joined the police service in 1982 (Met Police) transferring to Northern in 1987.
I have served in various areas of the Force and am currently stationed at Burnett Road Police Station, Inverness.
I was previously on the JBB for 8 years and for 4 years served as the full-time Asst JBB Secretary, returned the board late last year.
During my time involved with the board I have represented colleagues in relation to a variety of issues including, grievance, misconduct, transfer and discrimination issues at both local and national level. I am also a trained safety representative and a member of the board's safety representatives committee.
