Conditions Of Service - Regulations

1. Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Scotland) Regulations 2004.
2. These Regulations shall come into force on 25th June 2004 but-
   1. regulation 6(2) to (4) shall have effect from 1st September 1998;
   2. regulation 24(3)(f) shall have effect from 1st December 1999 to 5th April 2003;
   3. regulation 24(3)(g), (h) (so far it relates to maternity support leave and adoption support leave), (i) and 33(8)(d) shall have effect from 6th April 2003;
   4. regulation 42 shall have effect from 1st September 2002 so far as relating to the Port of Tilbury Constabulary.
