Conditions Of Service - Regulations 27. Temporary salary and temporary promotion (See also Annexes I & J) The Scottish Ministers shall determine- (a) the circumstances in which a member of a police force is entitled to receive a temporary salary and the rate of that salary; and (b) the rate of that member's salary while temporarily promoted.
