Fixing of pay day and calculation of monthly, weekly and daily pay

(1) The intervals at which members of a
police force are to be paid shall be fixed by the police authority
in accordance with such rules as the Scottish Ministers may determine.
(2) The Scottish Ministers shall determine the manner of calculating
monthly, weekly and daily pay.
