Conditions Of Service - Regulations 48. The Police (Conduct) (Scotland) Regulations 1996 (1) The Police (Conduct) (Scotland) Regulations 1996(a) are amended as follows- (2) In regulation 22- (a) paragraphs (4) to (6) are omitted; (b) in paragraph (7) for "1976" there is substituted "2004". (3) For paragraph 8 of Schedule 1 substitute "Contravention of regulation 8 of, or Schedule 1 to, the Police (Scotland) Regulations 2004.". (a) 1996/1642
